Slimmer Seasons Weight Plan

The Slimmer Seasons weight plan includes everything you need to be a better you, starting from the inside. Your nutrition evaluation provides you with a look at your current health and lifestyle including your nutrition, eating habits, activity level, physical fitness, and body analysis. A meal plan is tailored to your own special needs. Whether you are challenged by a health condition or already enjoy good health, your individual meal plan provides a method of weight loss or weight maintenance that will help ensure your optimal health. Nutritional and activity recommendations will be made by our certified nutritionist based on your needs, likes, time schedule and physical ability. Our program teaches you how to reach your goal weight and maintain it for life.

The Slimmer Seasons weight plan includes:

  • Physical exam
  • Blood pressure screening
  • Blood work
  • Body analysis (includes a print out of your body mass index, body fat, fat  free mass, total body water, total fat mass, impedance level and basal  metabolic rate)
  • Nutritional consult and meal plan
  • Exercise plan
  • Appetite suppressant and supplement of your choice
  • Weekly weigh-in visits with blood pressure
