Policies
- For your enhanced comfort please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
- Late arrivals will limit the time of your service to accommodate the next scheduled patient.
- As a courtesy to our other guests, we ask that you turn off your cell phones.
- To ensure the safety of children and the enjoyment of other guests, we ask that parents or guardians make other arrangements for children while they are receiving services.
- Any package payment must be made in full before first treatment.
- All packages will expire one year after date of purchase, regardless of unused treatments.
- All patients who do not show for scheduled appointments are subject to a fee of $15. Additionally, patients who are "no shows" more than twice in any six month period will be required to pay for all future services in advance.
